适应症
1.泌尿生殖系统感染:急性膀胱炎、急性肾盂肾炎、复杂性尿路感染、慢性尿路感染急性发作、急慢性前列腺炎、单纯性淋病及非淋菌性尿道炎等。 2.呼吸道感染:慢性支气管炎急性发作,支气管扩张伴感染,急性支气管炎、肺炎等。 3.腹腔、胆道、肠道、伤寒等感染。 4.皮肤软组织感染。 5.其它感染如:鼻窦炎、中耳炎、眼睑炎等。
用法用量
静脉滴注,成人每次0.2g,每日二次,或遵医嘱。
不良反应
个别患者可出现上腹部不适、纳差、恶心、口干、轻微头痛、头晕等症状,偶可出现皮疹、皮肤瘙痒等过敏反应和心悸、胸闷等,偶有谷草转氨酶,或BUN值升高。
禁忌
1.对本品或其他喹诺酮类药物过敏者禁用。
2.孕妇、幼儿及18岁以下患者禁用。
注意事项
1.肾功能减退者慎用，若使用，应注意监测肾功能并适当调整剂量。
2.肾功能不全者慎用，若使用，应注意监测肝功能。
3.原有中枢神经系统疾患者，包括脑动脉硬化或癫痫病史者均应避免应用，有指征时权衡利弊应用。
4.喹诺酮类药品种间存在交叉过敏反应，对任何一种喹诺酮过敏者不宜使用本品。
5.只有在由多重耐药菌引起的感染，细菌仅对氟喹诺酮类呈现敏感时，在权衡利弊后小二才可应用本品。
6.患者的尿液PH值在7以上时易发生结晶尿，故每日进水量必须充足，以使每日尿量保持在1200-1500ml以上。
7.本品可引起光敏反应，至少在光照后12小时才可接受治疗，治疗期间及治疗后天数内应避免过长时间暴露于明亮光照下。
8.当出现光敏反应指征如皮肤灼热、发红、肿胀、水疹、瘙痒、皮炎时应停止治疗。
9.本品静脉滴时间应不少于60分钟。
