适应症
慢性功能性便秘。
用法用量
口服。 1.成人，起始剂量每天30ml，维持剂量每天10-25ml。 2.7-14岁，起始剂量每天15ml，维持剂量每天10-15ml。 3.1-6岁，起始剂量每天5-10ml，维持剂量每天5-10ml。 4.婴儿，起始剂量每天5ml，维持剂量每天5ml。
不良反应
乳果糖不被吸收，剂量过大可引起腹部不适、胃肠胀气、厌食、恶心、呕吐及腹痛、腹泻等。治疗初期容易发生。
禁忌
1．阑尾炎、肠梗阻、不明原因的腹痛、急腹痛及同时使用其他导泻剂者禁用。
2．本品含有可吸收的糖，糖尿病、半乳糖血症患者禁用。
3．对乳果糖及其组分过敏者禁用。
4．对乳糖或半乳糖不耐受者禁用。
5．尿毒症患者禁用。
注意事项
1．儿童用量请咨询医师。
2．使用时应注意调整剂量，避免出现剧烈腹泻。
3．妊娠期头3个月慎用。妊娠3个月以上及哺乳期妇女应在医师指导下使用。
4．老人及有其他疾病者应在医师指导下使用。
5．本品如用于乳果糖缺乏症患者，需注意本品中乳糖的含量。
6．如果在治疗二三天后，便秘症状无改善或反复出现，请咨询医生。
7．对本品过敏者禁用，过敏体质者慎用。
8．本品性状发生改变时禁止使用。
9．请将本品放在儿童不能接触的地方。
10．儿童必须在成人监护下使用。
11．如正在使用其他药品，使用本品前请咨询医师或药师。
