适应症
单独使用或与其它抗高血压的药物，如β―阻滞剂、利尿剂和血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂合用，治疗高血压。
用法用量
初始剂量为每日1次，每次2 mg。每日应在同一时间服用，最好是在早晨。 对于高血压的治疗应根据病情的严重程度及个体的差异来调整。
不良反应
大规模的临床研究获得的数据（内部及公开）已用于确定从非常常见到不常见的各类不良事件发生频率。
禁忌
1.对本品中任何成分过敏的患者禁用。
2.与其它二氢吡啶类药物一样，拉西地平禁用于严重主动脉瓣狭窄的病人。
注意事项
特异性研究显示，拉西地平不影响窦房结的自律性，不会导致房室结内传导时间延长。但应注意钙离子拮抗剂理论上对窦房结和房室结活性的影响。因此，窦房结和房室结活性异常患者慎用本品。
