适应症
用于慢性胃炎及缓解胃酸过多引起的胃痛、胃灼热感（烧心）和反酸。
用法用量
口服。 1.每日4次，每次0.3g，前3次于三餐饭前半小时，第4次于睡前用温水送服，忌用含碳酸饮料（如啤酒）。 2.服药前、后半小时不要喝牛奶或服用抗酸剂和其他碱性药物。疗程4－8周，然后停用含铋药物4－8周，如有必要可再继续服用4－8周。
不良反应
服药期间口内可能带有氨味，并可使舌苔及大便呈灰黑色，停药后即自行消失；偶见恶心、便秘。
禁忌
严重肾病患者及孕妇禁用。
注意事项
1.本品连续使用不得超过7天，症状未缓解，请咨询医师或药师。
2.儿童用量请咨询医师或药师。
3.服用本品期间不得服用其他铋制剂，且不宜大剂量长期服用。
4.如服用过量或出现严重不良反应，应立即就医。
5.对本品过敏者禁用，过敏体质者慎用。
6.本品性状发生改变时禁止使用。
7.请将本品放在儿童不能接触的地方。
8.儿童必须在成人监护下使用。
9.如正在使用其他药品，使用本品前请咨询医师或药师。

密封，阴凉干燥处保存。
