适应症
用于患者结肠X―光线及肠道内窥镜检查前或手术前清理肠道。
用法用量
本品用于肠道准备时服药一般分两次，每次服药45ml。 第一次服药时间在操作或检查前一天晚上7点，用法采用稀释方案，用750ml以上温凉水稀释后服用。第二次服药时间在操作或检查当天早晨7点（或在操作或检查前至少3个小时），或遵医嘱，用法同第一次。 为获得良好肠道准备效果，建议患者在可承受范围内多饮用水。
不良反应
本品用药后可能会出现恶心、呕吐、胃胀、腹疝、腹泻、乏力、眩晕、过敏反应、肝功能检查ALT，AST升高、肛门刺激症及短暂性电解质紊乱（24小时内恢复正常）。若过量使用可能会导致高磷酸盐血症、低钙血症、低钾血症、高钠血症和脱水。偶见流涎。
禁忌
本品禁用于先天性巨结肠，肠梗阻，腹水患者，充血性心脏病或肾功能衰竭患者。
注意事项
1.严格控制本品使用剂量。在24小时内使用超过推荐的剂量可能会对身体造成损害。
2.本品若重复给药，应检查血浆电解质。在患者第二次摄入药物前充分饮水。
3.为安全起见，本品瓶嘴被密封。本品应放在儿童不易拿到的地方。
4.以下情况在使用本品时应咨询医师：
限制钠盐饮食
患有肾脏疾病
已经怀孕或正在哺乳期
5.下列情况应停用本品并咨询医师：
直肠出血
使用本品后没有大便
6.急性结肠炎（包括IBD）或者肠排空延迟患者、肾病患者、电解质失衡或紊乱患者（脱水患者、低钠饮食，透析，肾功能不全患者，心脏疾病，结肠造口术等患者）、使用利尿剂以及正在服用其他影响电解质水平药物患者慎用本品。

25℃以下密闭保存。
