适应症
本品用于宫预糜烂、宫颈炎、阴道炎、宫颈粘膜突出(宫颈异位)?尖锐湿疣及使用子宫托造成的压迫性溃疡等。
用法用量
每2天1枚本品置于阴道内。如果采用聚甲酚磺醛浓缩液病灶贴敷，则于贴敷后的第2天放入1枚本品，以后隔一天一枚。 1.治疗宫颈糜烂一般用浓缩液贴敷并配合使用本品，轻者贴敷1、2次及用6枚本品可痊愈，重者酌情增加治疗次数及用量。 2.治疗阴道感染可单用本品，也可用1:5～8稀释的浓缩液进行阴道冲洗，然后配合使用本品。为了使用方便，患者最好取仰卧位，先将栓剂用水浸湿.然后插入阴道深部。通常以晚间睡前用药为宜。配合使用卫生带，防止污染衣物和被褥。
不良反应
本品用药初期有时会产生局部刺激症状，但很快自行消失。
禁忌
外用药，切忌内服。
注意事项
1.本品会加速和增强修复过程。如果出现坏死组织从病灶处脱落。有时甚至是大片脱落，亦无需惊恐。
2.治疗期间避免性交，不要使用刺激性肥皂清洗患处。
3.行经时停止用药。
4.注意防止本品与眼部接触。
5.如果棉织物及皮革与本品接触后，必须在制剂未干前立即用水洗净。
6.阴道栓剂上的斑点，是其基质产生的自然现象，不影响药物的使用，也不影响疗效及耐受性。
7.避免儿童接触。
贮藏
遮光，密闭，在干燥处储存。
