适应症
治疗腹泻引起的轻、中度脱水，并可用于补充钠、钾、氯。
用法用量
临用前，将一袋量溶解于250ml温开水中，随时口服。 1、成人开始时50ml/kg，4～6小时内服完，以后根据患者脱水程度调整剂量直至腹泻停止。 2、儿童开始时50ml/kg，4小时内服用，以后根据患者脱水程度调整剂量直至腹泻停止。婴幼儿应用本品时需少量多次给予。 3、重度脱水或严重腹泻应以静脉补液为主，直至腹泻停止。
不良反应
1.恶心呕吐，多为轻度。常发生于开始服用时，此时可分次少量服用。
2.水过多。
禁忌
1、少尿或无尿；
2、严重失水、有休克征象时应静脉补液；
3、严重腹泻，粪便量超过每小时30ml/kg，此时病人往往不能口服足够量的口服补液盐；
4、葡萄糖吸收障碍；
5、由于严重呕吐等原因不能口服者；
6、肠梗阻、肠麻痹和肠穿孔；
7、酸碱平衡紊乱，伴有代谢性碱中毒时。
注意事项
1、一般不用于早产儿。
2、随访检查：
(1)血压；
(2)体重；
(3)血电解质（主要为Na+和K+ ）；
(4)失水体征；
(5)粪便量。
3、严重失水或应用本品后失水无明显纠正者需改为静脉补液。
贮藏
密封，在干燥处保存。
