适应症
本品用于手术和其他操作以及重症监护治疗。作为全麻的辅助用药或在重症监护病房（ICU）起镇静作用，它可以松弛骨骼肌，使气管插管和机械通气易于进行。
用法用量
顺苯阿曲库铵只允许静脉注射或滴注使用，使用前用生理盐水将药物溶解。顺苯磺阿曲库铵的剂量必须个体化。临床上利用外周神经刺激的方法可以达到顺苯磺阿曲库铵的最佳应用。减少药物过量或剂量不足的可能性以及帮助评价病人恢复情况。
不良反应
1.已记录的使用本品的不良反应有皮肤潮红或皮疹、心动过缓、低血压和支气管痉挛。使用神经肌肉阻滞剂后可观察到不同程度的过敏反应。极少数情况下，当本品与一种或多种麻醉药合用时，有严重过敏反应的报道。
2.有报道在重症监护病房的严重疾患病人在过长时间使用肌肉松弛剂后出现肌无力和/或肌病。大部分病人同时接受类固醇制剂，上述情况在使用本品后偶有报告，但其因果关系尚未确定。
禁忌
已知对顺阿曲库铵、阿曲库铵或苯磺酸过敏及对本品中任何成份过敏者禁止使用。
注意事项
1.顺式苯磺酸顺阿曲库铵能使呼吸肌和其它骨骼肌瘫痪，而对意识和痛域没有影响。顺苯磺酸阿曲库铵注射液应仅由麻醉师或在麻醉师及其它熟悉神经肌肉阻滞剂使用的医生指导下给药。
2.同时必须备有完善的气管插管、人工呼吸设备以及充足的氧气供应。对于其它神经肌肉阻滞剂过敏的病人在使用本品时应引起高度重视，因为有报道存在神经肌肉阻滞剂的交叉反应。顺阿曲库铵无明显的迷走神经抑制作用或神经节阻滞作用。故临床上对心率没有明显的影响，亦不能拮抗由多种麻醉药或术中因刺激迷走神经而引起的心动过缓。

密封，置阴凉处。
