适应症
用于消化不良、腹胀、嗳气、恶心、呕吐、腹部胀痛。
用法用量
本品不需用水或只需少量水，也无需咀嚼，药物置于舌面，迅速崩解后，借吞咽动作入消化道起效。成人常用口服剂量为每次1片（10毫克），每日3次，饭前15～30分钟或就寝时服用。
不良反应
1．偶见口干、头痛、失眠、神经过敏、头晕、嗜睡、倦怠、腹部痉挛、腹泻、反流、恶心、胃灼热感、皮疹、瘙痒、荨麻疹、口腔炎、结膜炎等。
2．有时导致血清泌乳素水平升高、溢乳、男子乳房女性化、女性月经不调等，但停药后即可恢复正常。
3．有研究提出日剂量超过30毫克以及年龄大于60岁的患者中，发生严重室性心率失常或心源性猝死的风险可能升高。
禁忌
1．机械性梗阻、胃肠道出血、胃肠道穿孔患者禁用。
2．分泌催乳素的垂体肿瘤（催乳素瘤）、嗜铬细胞瘤、乳癌患者禁用。
3．禁止与酮康唑口服制剂合用。
注意事项
1．孕妇慎用，哺乳期妇女使用本品期间应停止哺乳。
2．建议儿童使用多潘立酮混悬液。
3．由于多潘立酮主要在肝脏代谢，故肝功能损害的患者慎用。
4．老年患者应在医师指导下使用。
5．心脏病患者（如心律失常、充血性心衰等）以及接受化疗的肿瘤患者、电解质明显紊乱的患者应用时需慎重，有可能加重心律紊乱。
6．肾功能不全患者应在医师指导下使用。
7．正在使用洋地黄和氨茶碱的患者慎用本品。
8．如服用过量或出现严重不良反应，应立即就医。
9．对本品过敏者禁用，过敏体质者慎用。
10．本品性状发生改变时禁止使用。
11．请将本品放在儿童不能接触的地方。
12．如正在使用其他药品，使用本品前请咨询医师或药师。
贮藏
阴凉干燥处贮藏。
