适应症
本品与米非司酮序贯合并使用，可用于终止停经49天内的早期妊娠。
用法用量
成人：每次服一片，与食物一起服用，每天2～3次。药片应完整吞服，不能嚼碎。老年人/肝脏损害／肾脏损害者：老年人或有肝脏损害或有轻、中度肾损害者，由于药物动力学不会造成任何临床上有关程度的改变，故无需调整剂量。然而，对有严重肝肾脏损害者，必须进行密切观察。
不良反应
部分早孕妇女服药后有轻度恶心、呕吐、眩晕、乏力和下腹痛。极个别妇女可出现潮红、发热及手掌瘙痒，甚至过敏性休克。
禁忌
1．心、肝、肾疾病患者及肾上腺皮质功能不全者；|2．有使用前列腺素类药物禁忌者，如青光眼、哮喘及过敏体质者；|3．带宫内节育器妊娠和怀疑宫外孕者。
注意事项
1．本品用于终止早孕时，必须与米非司酮配伍，严禁单独使用。|2．本品配伍米非司酮终止早孕时，必须医生处方，并在医生监管下有急诊刮宫手术和输液、输血条件的单位使用。本品不得在药房自行出售。|3．服药前必须向服药者详细告知治疗效果，及可能出现的副反应。服用本品时必须在医院观察4～6小时，治疗或随诊过程中，如出现大量出血或其他异常情况应及时就医。|4．服药后，一般会较早出现少量阴道出血，部分妇女流产后出血时间较长。少数早孕妇女服用米非司酮后，即可自然流产，但仍然必须按常规服完本药品。约80％的孕妇在使用本品后，6小时内排出绒毛胎囊。约10％孕妇在服药后一周内排出妊娠物。|5．服药后8～15天应去原治疗单位复诊，以确定流产效果。必要时作B超检查或血HCG测定，如确认为流产不全或继续妊娠，应及时处理。|6．使用本品终止早孕失败者，必须进行人工流产终止妊娠。
贮藏
遮光、密封，在阴凉（不超过20℃）干燥处保存。
