适应症
哌库溴铵主要使用于全身麻醉过程中肌肉松弛，多用于时间较长的手术（20-30分钟以上）的麻醉。
用法用量
与其他神经肌肉阻断剂一样，哌库溴铵的剂量应当个体化。应根据麻醉方法、外科手术时间、与麻醉前和麻醉期间其他用药的相互作用、伴发病和病人的身体情况来确定剂量。为监控神经阻断作用和恢复，建议使用外周神经刺激器。哌库溴铵首次剂量应静脉注射，随后分次注射维持剂量以维持肌肉松弛作用，或持续输注以达到所需的肌肉松弛作用时间。|与其他神经肌肉阻断剂一样，哌库溴铵应在有经验医师指导和具有相应人工呼吸设备的条件下使用。|以下剂量为哌库溴铵首次剂量和维持剂量一般用药原则，在平稳麻醉条件下，无论气管内插管石头用哌库溴铵，均能保证中、长时间手术过过程中适当的肌肉松弛作用。|对于需要中度或较长时间手术的成年病人，可采用静脉给药方式，如果需要达到诱导插管的肌肉松弛状态，一般剂量为0.06～0.08mg/kg；在与琥珀酰胆碱合用时，哌库溴铵用量为0.04-0.06mg/kg。肾功能不全病人，哌库溴铵的剂量一般推荐不超过0.04mg/kg。在重复给药时，重复剂量为最初剂量的1/4-1/3。剂量增大，肌松时间延长。
不良反应

禁忌
重症肌无力及对哌库溴铵或溴离子过敏者。
