适应症
本品为局麻药。主要用于表面麻醉（包括在胸腔镜检查或腹腔手术时作粘膜麻醉用）。
用法用量
2%胶浆剂成人常用来涂抹于食管、咽喉气管或尿道等导管的外壁；妇女作阴道检查时可用棉花签蘸5～7ml涂于局部；尿道扩张术或膀胱镜检查时用量200～400mg。
不良反应
1.本品偶可引起高敏反应和过敏反应；
2.对呼吸道高敏病人，可引起支气管痉挛；
3.本品剂量过大、吸收太快可导致中毒反应，表现为耳鸣、激动、烦燥等中枢神经兴奋症状，并可迅速发展为抽搐、昏迷血压下降等；
4.血药浓度过高，可引起心房传导速度减慢、房室传导阻滞、室颤和心搏骤停。
禁忌
下列情况应禁用：
1.对有药物过敏史及特异质反应者；
2.严重心脏阻滞，包括Ⅱ或Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞，双束支阻滞；
3.严重窦房结功能障碍；
4.原有室内传导阻滞者。
注意事项
1.对其他局麻药过敏者，可能对本品也过敏，但利多卡因与普鲁卡因胺、奎尼汀间尚无交叉过敏反应的报道。
2.本品严格掌握浓度和用药总量，超量可引起惊厥及心跳骤停。
3.其体内代谢较普鲁卡因慢，有蓄积作用，可引起中毒而发生惊厥。
4.某些疾病如急性心肌梗死病人常伴有α1-酸性蛋白及蛋白率增加，利多卡因蛋白结合也增加而降低了血药浓度。
5.用药期间应注意检查血压、血清电解质、血药浓度监测及监测心电图，并备有抡救设备；心电图P-R间期延长或QRS波增宽，出现其他心率失常或原有心率失常加重者应立即停药。

密封，置阴凉处。
