适应症
适用于Tourette综合征(发声与多种运动联合抽动障碍)。
用法用量
用法：
1.敷贴部位： 背部肩胛骨下(首选);上胸部;耳后乳突或上臂外侧等无毛完好皮肤处。更换新贴片即更换新的贴用部位，以利于皮肤呼吸，从而降低药物对皮肤的刺激性。
2.使用步骤：
(1)用清水洗净敷贴部位。
(2)取出本品，揭去保护层，敷贴于已洗净、干燥的贴用部位。并用于轻压以确保贴片粘附牢固。
(3)每7日更换一次。进餐与否不影响本品的贴用。
(4)换下旧贴片时，将粘贴片对折，弃于儿童、动物触及不到的地方，以防止人畜误食。
3.用量：
青少年患者用药应从1.0mg/片.天的小剂量开始，按体重逐渐增加给药剂量，最大剂量不得超过2.0mg/片×3片。 20公斤、体重?40公斤，用1.0mg/片每周; 40公斤、体重?60公斤，用1.5mg/片每周; 体重?60公斤，用2.0mg/片每周。
不良反应
尚不明确。
禁忌
对贴片中的可乐定或非活性成份过敏者禁用。抑郁症患者禁用。
注意事项
1.贴用本品时可以沐浴,但不可长时间浸泡或搓洗贴药部位以防药片脱落。
2.本品为外用贴片,连续使用可能产生皮肤过敏反应(包括一般性皮疹、荨麻疹或血管水肿)，口服盐酸可乐定产生过敏反应的病人，对可乐定贴片也可能引起过敏反应。所以每次贴用时更换贴用部位。
3.该药在使用时应注意新出现的症状，特别是与运动有关的，如突然出现的头晕、易激惹、过度镇静、晕厥等症状都需要密切临床监测，最好进行动态心电图或超声心电图检查。
4.肝肾功能不全的患者应慎用。

密封，置阴凉处。
