适应症
1.本品用于治疗支气管哮喘、慢性气管炎、喘息型支气管炎、肺气肿等气道阻塞性疾病所引起的呼吸困难。 2.尤其适用于需要长期服用肾上腺素β2受体激动药的患者和夜间发作型的哮喘患者。
用法用量
口服。 1.成人，一日160mg，分2次服。 2.儿童，按体重一日4mg/kg，分2～3次服。
不良反应
1.循环系统：偶见心动过速、室性期外收缩、面部潮红、胸部压迫感等。
2.神经系统：偶见头痛、震颤、兴奋、发热、嗜睡、盗汗等，罕见耳鸣、麻木感、不安、头昏、眩晕等。
3.消化系统：偶见嗳气、腹痛、胃酸过多等。
4.过敏反应：偶见瘙痒，罕见皮疹，出现时应停药。
5.其他：偶见口渴、疲劳、倦怠感等。
6.耐受性：常规使用本品可产生与其他长效肾上腺素β2受体激动药及短效β2受体激动药类似的影响，如支气管扩张的失敏。
禁忌
1.对本品过敏者禁用。
2.本品不宜用于治疗急性支气管痉挛。
注意事项
1.慎用：
(1)心血管功能紊乱者。
(2)糖尿病患者。
(3)使用洋地黄者。
(4)肝功能不全者。
(5)低钾血症患者。
(6)嗜铬细胞瘤患者。
(7)肾功能不全者。
(8)甲状腺功能亢进症患者。
(9)高血压患者。
2.依病情及年龄调节剂量。
3.正确使用本品无疗效时应停药。
贮藏
密封，在阴凉处保存。
