适应症
用于外阴阴道念珠菌病，花斑癣，真菌性角膜炎，鹅口疮，甲癣，隐球菌病，组织胞浆菌病，孢子丝菌病，球孢子菌病，芽生菌病等。
用法用量
为达到最佳吸收，用餐后立即给药。可加水分散均匀后口服，也可含于口中吮服或吞服。 1.念珠菌性阴道炎:每次200mg，每天二次，疗程为1天或每次200mg，每天一次，疗程为3天。 2.花斑癣:每次200mg，每天一次，疗程为7天。 3.皮肤真菌病:每次100mg，每天一次，疗程为15天。高度角化区(如足底部癣、手掌部癣)需:延长治疗15日，每次100mg，每天一次，疗程为15天。4.口腔念珠菌病:每次100mg，每天一次，疗程为15天。 5.真菌性角膜炎:每次200mg，每天一次，疗程为21天。 6.对于一些免疫缺陷病人，如白血病、艾滋病或器官移植病人等，采用伊曲康唑分散片治疗真菌感染时，伊曲康唑的口服生物利用度可能会降低，剂量可加倍。 7.甲真菌病: (1)冲击治疗:每次200mg，每天二次，连用一周为一个冲击疗程。对于指甲感染，推荐采用两个冲击疗程，每个疗程间隔3周；对于趾甲感染，推荐采用三个冲击疗程。每个疗程间隔3周。 (2)或者采用连续治疗:每次200mg，每天一次，连用三个月。本品从皮肤和甲组织中清除比血浆慢，因此，对皮肤感染来说，停药后2～4周达到最理想的临床和真菌学疗效，对甲真菌病来说在停药后6～9个月达到最理想的临床和真菌学疗效。
不良反应
1.在已报告的伊曲康唑的不良反应中常见胃肠道不适，如厌食、恶心、腹痛和便秘；少见的不良反应包括头痛、可逆性肝酶升高、月经紊乱、头晕和过敏反应(如瘙痒、红斑、风团和血管性水肿)。
2.有个例报告出现了外周神经病变和Stevens-Johnson综合征(重症多形红斑)，但后者的原因不明。
3.已有重要的潜在病理改变并同时接受多种药物治疗的大多数患者，在接受伊曲康唑分散片长疗程(约一个月以上)治疗时，可见低血钾症、水肿、肝炎和脱发等症状。
禁忌
1.对本品过敏者禁用。
2.孕妇禁用。除非用于系统性真菌病治疗，但仍应权衡对胎儿有无潜在性伤害作用。
注意事项
1.对持续用药超过1个月的患者，以及治疗过程中如出现厌食、恶心、呕吐、疲劳、腹痛或尿色加深的患者，建议检查肝功能。如果出现异常，应停止用药。
2.伊曲康唑绝大部分在肝脏代谢，因而肝功能异常患者慎用(除非治疗的必要性超过肝损伤的危险性)。
3.当发生神经系统症状时应终止治疗。
4.对肾功能不全的病人，本品的排泄减慢，建议监测本品的血浆浓度以确定适宜的剂量。
5.育龄妇女使用本品时应采取适当的避孕措施。
6.胃酸降低时，会影响本品吸收.需接受酸中和药物治疗者，应在服用伊曲康唑分散片至少2小时侯后，再服用这些药物。
