适应症
用于治疗急、慢性呼吸道疾病（如急、慢性支气管炎、支气管哮喘、肺气肿等）引起的咳嗽、痰液粘稠、排痰困难、喘息等。
用法用量
12岁以上儿童及成人：口服，1次1片，1日2次；对严重呼吸困难患者，最初2―3天，口服，1次1片，1日3次。
不良反应
本品耐受性良好，偶见轻微胃肠道反应以及皮疹等，个别患者偶有轻度口干、手颤、头晕、心悸等现象，停药即消失。
1)精神神经系统：偶见头痛、手颤、嗜睡、不安、头晕、失眠、兴奋、四肢发麻等。
2)循环系统：偶见心悸、心动过速、血压升高、心律不齐等。
3)过敏症：偶见过敏性皮疹，且在部分特异体质患者中，可发生全身性过敏，表现为瘙痒、支气管痉挛、低血压、虚脱等，此时应停药。
4)其它：偶见ALT、AST升高、倦怠、胃肠不适等。
禁忌
1.肥厚型心肌病患者禁用。 2.对本品过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1、运动员慎用。
2、甲状腺机能亢进症、高血压、心脏疾病（心功能不全、心律不齐等）、糖尿病、重度肾功能不全患者慎用。
3、曾有服用β受体激动剂导致血清钾含量降低的报导．而黄嘌呤类物、甾体类物及利尿剂可能加剧β受体激动剂降低血清钾的作用，合用时应特别注意。尤其在低氧血症时，血清钾的降低对心律的影响更大，应监测血清钾。

遮光，密封保存。
