适应症
用于感冒引起的发热、头痛及缓解轻中度疼痛，如关节痛、偏头痛、头痛、肌肉痛、牙痛、神经痛等。
用法用量
用法:口服。 |1.成人:本品不需用水或只需少量水，也无需咀嚼，药物置于舌面，迅速崩解后，借吞咽动作入消化道起效。 |2.对婴幼儿及儿童，首选滴剂、混悬剂、糖浆等适合婴幼儿使用的剂型，以避免因药物未完全崩解就吞咽而发生噎呛的危险。若使用本品，必须先将片剂加少量水使完全溶散后再送服，且在成人监护下确保无噎呛危险的情况下使用。 |3.12岁以上儿童及成人一次2～3片，若持续高热或疼痛，可间隔4-6小时重复用药一次，24小时内不超过4次。
不良反应
不良反应较少，对胃无刺激性，不引起胃出血，偶见皮疹、荨麻疹、药热及白血球减少等不良反应，长期大量用药会导致肝、肾功能异常。
禁忌
1.对本品过敏者禁用。|2.严重肝肾功能不全者禁用。
注意事项
1.本品为对症治疗药，用于解热连续应用不得超过3天，用于止痛不得超过5天，症状未缓解请咨询医师或药师。|2.不能同时服用含有对乙酰氨基酚及其他解热镇痛药的药品（如某些复方抗感冒药）。|3.肝肾功能不全患者、老年患者慎用。|4.孕妇及哺乳期妇女应在医师指导下使用。|5.对阿司匹林过敏者慎用。|6.服用本品期间禁止饮酒或含有酒精的饮料。|7.当本品性状发生改变时禁用。|8.儿童必须在成人的监护下使用。|9.请将本品放在儿童接触不到的地方。
