适应症
本品用于治疗慢性肝病，改善肝功能异常。可用于治疗湿疹、皮肤炎、荨麻疹。
用法用量
1.临用时将本品用0.9%氯化钠注射液溶解并稀释成每1ml含2mg(以甘草酸苷计)的溶液后使用。 |2.成人通常1日1次，5-20ml静脉注射，可依年龄、症状适当增减。 |3.慢性肝病可1日1次，40-60ml静脉注射或者静脉点滴，增量时最高用药剂量为1日100ml。
不良反应
1.通过在治疗慢性肝病时，改善肝功能的双盲法试验，不通用量比较试验和厚生省批准追加药物效能(对慢性肝病肝功能改善作用)调查的4213例，其中仅27例（占0.61%）出现不良反应。主要症状有血钾值降低13例（占0.29%），血压上升5例（占0.11%），上腹不适3例（占0.07%）等。|2.休克，过敏性休克(发生频率不明)：有时可能出现休克、过敏性休克(血压下降，意识不清，呼吸困难，心肺衰竭，潮红，颜面浮肿等)，因此要充分注意观察，一旦发现异常时，应立即停药，并给予适当处置。|3.过敏样症状(Anaphylaxis-like symptom)(发生频率不明)：有时可能出现过敏样症状(呼吸困难，潮红，颜面浮肿等)，因此要充分注意观察，一旦发现异常时，应立即停药，并给予适当处置。|4.假性醛固酮症(Pseudoaldosteronism)(发生频率不明)：增大药量或长期连续使用，可出现高度低血钾症，增加低血钾症发生率，血压上升，钠及液体潴留，浮肿，体重增加等假性醛固酮增多症状，在用药过程中，要充分注意观察(如测定血清钾值等)，发现异常情况，应停止给药，另外，可出现由于低血钾症导致的乏力感、肌力低下等症状。
禁忌
1.以下患者不宜给药。|2.对本品既往有过敏史患者。|3.醛固酮症患者,肌病患者,低钾血症患者(可加重低钾血症和高血压症)。
注意事项
1.慎重给药：对高龄患者应慎重给药(高龄患者低血钾症发生率高)。|2.重要注意事项： |(1)为防止休克的出现，问诊要充分。 |(2)事先准备急救设施，以便发生休克时能及时抢救。 |(3)给药后，需保持患者安静，并密切观察患者状态。 |(4)与含甘草制剂并用时，由于本片亦为甘草酸苷制剂，容易出现假性醛固酮增多症，应予注意。|3.给药时注意：静脉内给药时 ，应注意观察患者的状态，尽量缓慢速度给药。|4.用酒精棉消毒安瓿切口后，再切瓶口。|5.有报导口服甘草酸及含有甘草的制剂时，可出现横纹肌溶解症。
贮藏
密闭，在凉暗处（避光并不超过20℃）保存。
