适应症
抗阿米巴药及抗滴虫药。用于治疗各种急慢性肝肠阿米巴病及尿道、女性阴道、男性前列腺等滴虫病。亦用于贾第虫病及人体各部位厌氧菌感染的治疗。
用法用量
1.肠阿米巴病、贾第虫病、滴虫病、细菌性阴道炎及厌氧菌感染成年患者口服本品2.0克（4片）。 2.儿童口服本品30 mg/kg，每天1次。
不良反应
1.可有食欲不振、恶心、呕吐等胃肠道反应，少数有腹泻，口中常有刺鼻金属味。
2.偶见头痛、失眠、皮疹、白细胞减少和血尿氮增加等，停药后迅速恢复。
禁忌
孕妇及哺乳期妇女禁用。
注意事项
1.中枢神经系统疾病患者和孕妇及哺乳期妇女禁用。肝、肾功能不全患者慎用。
2.少数饮酒患者服用本品后可出现头痛、潮红、呕吐和腹痛等症状，服用本品患者避免接触酒精。
3.对阴道炎及滴虫病患者服药期间应注意更换内裤，性伴侣应同时服药治疗并注意洗涤用品的消毒。
4.出现运动失调及其它中枢神经系统症状时应停药。
5.孕妇及哺辱期妇女禁用本品。
6.儿童患者使用本品剂量为30 mg/kg，每天1次，并可根据年龄调整剂量。3岁以下儿童慎用或遵医嘱。
7.肝、肾功能不全的老年患者应调整本品的剂量。

密闭，防潮。
