适应症
支气管哮喘等慢性可逆性气道阻塞性疾病。
用法用量
布地奈德气雾剂的剂量应个体化。在严重哮喘和停用或减量使用口服糖皮质激素的患者，开始使用布地奈德气雾剂的剂量是：|1.成人：一日200~1600μg，分成2~4次使用（较轻微的病例一日200~800μg，较严重的则是一日800~1600μg）。|2.一般一次200μg，早晚各一次，一日共400μg。|3.病情严重时，一次200μg，一日4次，一日共800μg。|4.2~7岁儿童：一日200~400μg，分成2~4次使用。|5.7岁以上的儿童：一日200~800μg，分成2~4次使用。
不良反应
本品可能发生以下不良反应：|1.轻度喉部刺激、咳嗽、声嘶；|2.口咽部念珠菌感染；|3.速发或迟发的过敏反应，包括皮疹、接触性皮炎、荨麻疹、血管神经性水肿和支气管痉挛；|4.精神症状，如紧张、不安、抑郁和行为障碍等。
禁忌
对于本药任一成分过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1.不应试图靠吸入布地奈德快速缓解哮喘急性发作，此时仍需吸入短效支气管扩张剂。如发现患者使用短效支气管扩张剂无效，或他们所需的吸入剂量较平时增加，则应就诊。此时应考虑增强抗炎治疗，如吸入较高剂量的布地奈德或口服一疗程糖皮质激素。|2.以吸入治疗替代全身糖皮质激素用药，有时不能控制需全身用药才能控制的过敏性疾病，如鼻炎、湿疹。这些过敏性疾病需以全身的抗组胺药及(或)局部剂型控制症状。|3.肝功能下降可轻度影响布地奈德的清除。|4.肺结核患者使用本品可能需慎重考虑。|5.人长期使用布地奈德气雾剂的局部和全身作用尚不完全清楚。一旦哮喘被控制，就应该确定用药剂量至最小有效剂量。

密封，置阴凉处。
