适应症
本品治疗原发性高血压。
用法用量
1.成人:推荐剂量40mg(1片)，每日一次，口服，根据降压效果，遵医嘱在40mg～80mg间调整剂量，最大剂量80mg(2片)，每日一次.|2.本品可与噻嗪类利尿药如氢氯噻嗪合用，有协同降压作用.若欲加大药物剂量，必须考虑到替米沙坦发挥最大降压作用时间 ，通常在治疗开始后四至八周.|3.肾功能不全的病人，轻或中度肾功能不良的患者，服用本品不需调整剂量.|4.肝功能不全的病人，轻或中度肝功能不全的患者，本品用量每日不应超过40mg.
不良反应
服用本品后可能出现的不良反应有头晕，头痛，背痛，恶心，食欲下降，腹泻， 上呼吸道感染等，多数可在72小时内或服药1周后自行缓解，极少数病例报道出现血管性水肿，搔痒，皮疹，荨麻疹。
禁忌
对本品或片剂任何辅料过敏者禁用.
注意事项
1.双侧肾动脉狭窄或单侧功能肾肾动脉狭窄患者，导致严重低血压和肾功能不全的危险性增高。|2.肾功能不全的患者，使用本品期间，应定期检测血钾水平及血肌酐值。 |3.强力利尿治疗、限盐饮食、恶心或呕吐等引起血容量不足或/和血钠水平过低的患者服用本品，可导致症状性低血压。因而，在使用本品之前，应先祛除病因并纠正血容量及血钠水平。|4.严重充血性心力衰竭或包括肾动脉狭窄的肾脏疾病患者，本品可引起急性低血压，高氮血症，少尿或罕见的急性肾功能衰竭。|5.本品对原发性醛固酮增多症的患者无效，因此不推荐用于该类患者。|6.主动脉瓣或二尖瓣狭窄、阻塞性肥厚性心肌病患者使用本品应特别谨慎。服用本品期间，应严密监测血钾水平，尤其肾功能不良和/或心力衰竭的患者。|7.与保钾类利尿药、钾离子补充剂、含钾的盐替代品或可升高血钾水平的其它药物（肝素等）合用可致血清钾水平升高，因此与这些药物合用应谨慎。|8.胆道阻塞性疾病或严重肝功障碍的患者，本品清除率可降低。该类患者服用本品应慎重。 |9.本品含有山梨醇，遗传性果糖耐受不良的患者不宜服用本品。|10.本品的疗效在黑人低于其它人种，这可能与黑人高血压人群的低肾素状态占较高优势有关。|11.和其它抗高血压药物一样，对于缺血性心脏病或缺血性心血管疾病的患者，过度降压可以引起心肌梗塞或中风。
