适应症
1.本品用于免疫调节药。适用于胰腺癌、肝癌、胃癌、肺癌、乳腺癌、软组织肉瘤及其它癌症的辅助治疗,对乙型肝炎的辅助治疗有较好的效果。|2.本品亦可用于其他免疫机能低下引起的各种疾病。
用法用量
静脉注射或肌内注射。|1.以5%葡萄糖注射液或0.9%氯化钠注射溶解后静脉注射,100～200mg(2～6支),一日1次;|2.以2ml无菌生理盐水或无菌注射用水溶解后肌肉注射,50～100mg(1～2支),一日1次。
不良反应
1.本品能引起头晕、恶心、胸闷、心悸以及荨麻疹、体温升高的全身反应。|2.注射部位可能产生局部红肿疼痛,其范围直径约1～10cm,反应约持续1～3天。
禁忌
对本品过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1.给药后十分钟内如出现荨麻疹、体温升高者应停止使用.|2.注射部位红肿直径在10cm以上者应停止使用.|3.过敏性体质患者慎用.
贮藏
熔封或严封，置阴凉 (不超过20℃) 干燥处保存。
