适应症
本品适用于治疗十二指肠溃疡。
用法用量
本品用于成人十二指肠溃疡，每日晨起空腹吞服（不可咀嚼），一次10mg，一日一次。疗程为4周，或遵医嘱。
不良反应
在国内临床试验中共有507例受试者使用过本品，有85％的把握度发现发生率为1/250的不良反应。常见不良反应（发生率大于1%?小于10%）有腹泻（2.41%）?头晕头痛（2.41%）?血清转氨酶（ALT/AST）升高（1.81%）；少见不良反应（发生率大于0.1%?小于1%）有皮疹、荨麻疹、腰痛、腹胀、口干口苦、胸闷、心悸、月经时间延长、肾功能异常（蛋白尿?BUN升高）?心电图异常（室性期前收缩?I度房室传导阻滞）?白细胞减少等。上述不良反应常为轻、中度，可自行恢复。本品已完成的Ⅲ期临床试验受试者用药的疗程为4周，目前尚未获得更长时间用药的安全性数据。
禁忌
1. 对艾普拉唑及其它苯并咪唑类化合物过敏者禁用。2. 由于目前尚无用肝、肾功能不全者的临床试验资料，肝、肾功能不全者禁用。
注意事项
1. 本品不能咀嚼或压碎，应整片吞服。
2. 本品抑制胃酸分泌作用强，对于一般消化性溃疡等疾病，不宜长期大剂量服用。
3. 使用前应先排除胃与食道的恶性病变，以免因症状缓解而延误诊断。
贮藏
遮光，密封，在阴凉干燥处保存。
