适应症
本品用于抑郁症的治疗。
用法用量
口服。用药时从小剂量开始，起始剂量为一次75mg（1片），一日2次（早、晚各一次）：服用至少3天后，根据临床疗效和耐受情况，可逐渐增大剂量到一次75mg（1片），一日3次（早、中、晚各一次）：以后可酌情继续逐渐增加至每日300mg的常用剂量，每日三次（早2片，中、晚各1片）。在加量过程中，日增加剂量不得超过一日100mg。
不良反应
据国外文献报道，服用安非他酮，临床常见的不良事件有神经精神系统紊乱。胃肠道功能紊乱和皮肤不适，神经精神系统紊乱主要是激越，精神失常、头痛和睡眠失调、胃肠道功能紊乱主要是恶心、呕吐、便秘。值得注意的是部分不良事件的发生是推荐日剂量之上的用药量引起的。
禁忌
1、有癫痫病史者禁用本品。
2、正在使用其他含有安非他酮成份药物的患者禁用本品。
3、贪食症或厌食症的患者禁用本品。
4、对安非他酮或本品所含任一成份过敏者禁用本品。
5、突然戒酒或者停用镇静剂的患者禁用本品。
6、不能与单胺氧化酶（MAO）抑制剂合并使用，单胺氧化酶抑制剂与本品的服用间隔至少应该为14天。
注意事项
1．盐酸安非他酮有诱发癫痫的可能性。以下措施可以使癫痫发作的风险减至最低：每日最大给药量不超过450mg；每日三次给药，单次给药量不超过150mg；逐渐增加给药量。
2．有癫痫病史、颅脑肿瘤或其它有癫痫倾向、正在服用其它降低癫痫发作阈的药物（如抗精神病药、抗抑郁药、甾体化合物）的患者慎用。
3．与单胺氧化酶（MAO）抑制剂不能合并使用。MAO抑制剂与安非他酮的服用间隔至少应为14天。
4．严重肝硬化患者慎用。这部分患者服用本品时，最大剂量不超过75mg，每日服用一次。
