适应症

本品适用于治疗轻、中度支气管哮喘。

用法用量

口服，成人一次2片(2×40mg)，每日一次，或遵医嘱。本品应在晚饭后服用。

不良反应

极少数病人（小于0.1%）偶见伴随着黄疸，ALT、AST升高的肝功能障碍，还有报道有急性肝炎患者，均应作停药处理。少数病人（在0.1 5%之内）可能出现、1.过敏性症状，如皮疹、搔痒，可停药处理;2.消化系统，如恶心、呕吐、食欲不振、胃部不适、腹痛、腹泻、便秘、口渴;3.血液系统、鼻出血、皮下出血、贫血、嗜酸性细胞增多;4.精神系统、嗜睡、头痛、头晕等;5.其它、倦怠、浮肿、心悸。

禁忌

对本品过敏者禁用。妊娠妇女禁用。

注意事项

1. 本品不同于支气管扩张剂和甾体激素，不能立即缓解已发作的哮喘，而是通过消除各种症状，改善肺功能，从而有效地抑制哮喘的产生和发展。2. 服用本品如出现哮喘大发作，必须给予甾体激素或支气管扩张剂。3. 激素依赖性患者服用本品，应在医生指导下逐渐减少激素用量，不可突然停用。4. 肝功能不全患者服用本品有时会引起黄疸或肝功能异常，并偶见急性肝炎的报告，因此应定期监测肝脏功能。

遮光、密闭保存。
