适应症
本品适用于治疗有乙型肝炎病毒活动复制证据，并伴有血清氨基酸转移酶（ATL或AST）持续升高或肝脏组织学活动性病变的肝功能代偿的成年慢性乙性乙型肝炎患者。
用法用量
患者必须在有慢性乙型肝炎治疗经验的医生指导下使用本品。成人和青少年（>=16岁）本品的推荐剂量为每日1次，每次600mg，饭前或饭后口服均可。治疗的最佳疗程尚未确定。勿超过推荐剂量使用。肾功能损伤且肌酐清除率≥50mL/min患者，按照推荐剂量和用法服用即可；肾功能损伤且肌酐清除率<50mL/min患者包括进行血液透析终末期肾病(ESRD)患者，应在医生的指导下调整剂量和用法。终末期肾病(ESRD)患者服用素比伏应在血液透析完后进行。肝功能损伤患者，无需改变推荐剂量和用法。服用素比伏期间，应当定期监测乙型肝炎生化指标、病毒学指标和血清标志物，至少每6个月1次。
不良反应
国外临床研究中常见不良反应为虚弱,头痛、腹痛、恶心、（胃肠）气胀、腹泻和消化不良。本品可能造成患者CK值升高，在替比夫定注册研究中，中度CK升高的患者比例显著升高，为12.9%，部分患者有横纹肌溶解倾向，偶见重症肌无力。
禁忌
本品禁止用于己证实对替比夫定及本品的其他任何成分过敏的病人。
注意事项
1.病人停止乙肝治疗会发生肝炎急性加重，包括停止使用替比夫定。因此，停止乙肝治疗的病人应密功监测肝功能，若必要，应重新进行抗乙肝治疗。|2.对于肾功能障碍或潜在肾功能障碍风险的病人，使用替比夫定慢性治疗会导致肾毒性。这些病人应密功监测肾功能并适应调整剂量。|3.单用核苷类似物或合用其它抗逆转录病毒药物会导致乳酸性酸中毒和严重的伴有脂肪变性的肝肿大，包括致命事件。|4.国为对发育中的人类胚胎的危险性尚不明确，所以建议用替比夫定治疗的育龄妇女要采取有效的避孕措施

30℃以下贮藏。保存在原包装盒内。本品必须存放在儿童不可触及的地方。
