适应症
本品主要用于敏感的革兰阳性菌及阴性菌所致的各种感染以及铜绿假单胞菌感染，包括败血症、脑膜炎、心内膜炎、化脓性胸膜炎、腹膜炎及下呼吸道、胃肠道、胆道、泌尿道、骨及软组织和生殖器官等感染，妇产科感染，恶性外耳炎、烧伤、皮肤及手术感染等。
用法用量
本品采用每克注射用阿洛西林钠加10毫升注射用水溶解，澄清液加入5%葡萄糖氯化钠注射液或5～10%葡萄糖注射液中，静脉滴注。成人一日6～10g，严重病例可增至10～16g，一般分2～4次滴注。儿童按体重一次75mg/kg，婴儿及新生儿按体重每次100mg/kg，每日2～4次滴注。
不良反应
1.恶心，呕吐，腹泻及假膜性肠炎等胃肠道反应。 |2.皮疹，药物热和哮喘等过敏反应。 |3.贫血，血小板减少，嗜酸性粒细胞增多等。|4.血清氨基转移酶可轻度增高。 |5.由念珠菌或耐药菌引起的二重感染。 |6.偶见兴奋，焦虑，失眠，头晕以及行为异常等中枢神经系统症状。
禁忌
对青霉素类抗生素过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1.用药前须做青霉素皮肤试验，阳性者禁用。|2.交叉过敏反应:对一种青霉素类抗生素过敏者可能对其他青霉素类抗生素也过敏。也可能对青霉素胺或头孢菌素类过敏。|3.肾功能减退患者应适当降低用量。|4.下列情况应慎用:有哮喘、湿疹、枯草热、荨麻疹等过敏性疾病史者。|5.对诊断的干扰:|(1) 用药期间，以硫酸铜法进行尿糖测定时可出现假阳性，用葡萄糖酶法者则不受影响。|(2) 大剂量注射给药可出现高钠血症。|(3) 可使血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶或门冬氨酸氨基转移酶升高。|6.应用大剂量时应定期检测血清钠。|7.静脉滴注时注意速度不宜太快。|8.与其他抗生素联合应用时，常采用分别给方法进行。
