适应症
本品用于预防和治疗因血小板高聚集状态引起的心、脑及其它动脉的循环障碍性疾患。
用法用量
口服：一次1片(0.25g)，一日1次，就餐时服用以减少轻微的胃肠道反应。
不良反应
1.偶见轻微胃肠道反应。
2.罕见的反应：恶心、腹泻、皮疹、瘀斑、齿龈出血、白细胞减少、胆汁郁积、轻度氨基转移酶升高、黏膜皮肤出血倾向。
3.本品最常见的不良反应为粒细胞减少或粒细胞缺乏(2.4%)、血小板减少(0.4%)、胃肠功能紊乱及皮疹。
4.上述不良反应多出现于用药后3个月之内。偶见用药数年后发生粒细胞减少、血小板减少及血栓形成性血小板减少性紫癜(Thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura，TTP)的报告。严重的粒细胞缺乏或TTP甚至有致命的危险。胃肠反应多表现为恶心、呕吐及腹泻，一般为轻度，无需停药，1～2周后常可恢复。
禁忌
1.血友病或其它出血性疾病患者、粒细胞或血小板减少患者、溃疡病及活动性出血患者均不应使用此药。
2.严重的肝功能损害患者，由于凝血因子合成障碍，往往增加出血的危险，故本品不宜使用。
3.对本品过敏者。
4.有白细胞减少，血小板减少、粒细胞减少病史者或再生障碍性贫血患者。
注意事项
1.用药最初3个月内，须每2周检查白细胞和血小板计数，当发现计数降低时应停药。
2.在任何手术和动脉插管或输注之前(7日)，应停用。使用本品的病人需手术时在术前尽可能告知外科医生。
