适应症

本品为钙拮抗剂，用于缺血性脑血管病、偏头痛、轻度蛛网膜下腔出血所致脑血管痉挛，突发性耳聋。能减轻血管性，紧张性和丛集性以及混合型头痛疼痛程度，减少发作频率，并能防止先兆症状的出现。

用法用量

口服:一次60～120mg，一日2次。

不良反应

尼莫地平的常释制剂有可能出现下列不良反应:热感、皮肤潮红、血压下降(尤其原有血压升高者)?心率加快、头晕、头痛、胃肠不适、无力、末梢水肿。少数病人可能出现中枢神经系统过度反应的症状，如失眠、不安、激动、易激怒、多汗。个别病人可出现运动过度、情绪抑郁和血小板减少。

禁忌

严重肝功能损害的患者禁用。不推荐尼莫地平与抗癫痫药物同时服用。

注意事项

1.脑水肿及颅内压增高患者须慎用。
2.本品的代谢产物具有毒性反应，肝功能损害者应当慎用。
3.本品可引起血压的降低。在高血压合并蛛网膜下腔出血或脑卒中患者中， 应注意减少或暂时停用降血压药物，或减少本品的用药剂量。
4.可产生假性肠梗阻，表现为腹胀、肠鸣音减弱。当出现上述症状时应当减 少用药剂量和保持观察。
5.避免与β-阻断剂或其他钙拮抗剂合用。
6.肾功能严重损害者慎用.
7.动物实验提示具有致畸性.

贮藏

遮光，密闭，在干燥处保存。
