适应症
用于缓解局部软组织疼痛，如肌肉痛、关节痛、腰背痛，以及扭伤、拉伤、劳损引起的疼痛，也可用于骨关节炎的对症治疗。
用法用量
外用，依患处面积大小，用本品适量，轻轻揉搓患处，一日3～4次，或遵医嘱。
不良反应
偶见皮肤瘙痒、发红、皮疹等，一般可耐受，不影响使用。
禁忌
对其他非甾体抗炎药过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1.避免接触眼睛及黏膜（如口、鼻黏膜）。
2.用药部位如有烧灼感、瘙痒、红肿等情况应停药，并将局部药物洗净，必要时向医师咨询。
3.如果症状持续，加重或出现刺激，请到医院就医。
4.本品不推荐孕妇、哺乳期妇女使用。
5.仅用于完整皮肤，不得用于皮肤破损处、湿疹性皮肤及感染性创口，也不宜大面积或过量使用（在患处涂抹薄薄一层即可）。
6.本品仅供外用，切勿入口。如果不慎误服了布洛芬乳膏，应立即就医。
7.用药部位不得暴露于日光下，也不要用绷带、敷料或橡皮膏覆盖。
8.不得同时在同一部位与其他皮肤产品（如保湿霜）同时使用。
9.使用此类外用药后应洗手，除非治疗部位是手。
10.12岁以下的儿童,不得使用布洛芬乳膏。
11.老年人需慎用非甾体类抗炎药。
12.布洛芬禁用于严重肾功能或肝功能衰竭患者。
13.如果您有以下情况，应慎用并在医生指导下使用：消化道溃疡、肾病、哮喘或对其他口服非甾体抗炎药,包括阿司匹林不耐受。
14.如使用一周症状未缓解，请咨询医师或药师。
15.对本品及同类抗炎镇痛药过敏者禁用，过敏体质者慎用。
16.本品性状发生改变时禁止使用。
贮藏
密封保存。
