适应症
本品为肠外营养制剂，通过肠外营养提供氨基酸。应用于不能口服或经肠道补给营养，以及营养不能满足需要的患者，特别是处于高分解代谢的患者。
用法用量
本品剂量根据患者对氨基酸的需要量而定。通常推荐剂量为：1～2g氨基酸/双肽（0.17g～0.34gN）/Kg体重/天，相当于7～14ml本品/Kg体重/天。如70Kg体重病人每天需本品500～1000ml.输注速度：0.6～0.7ml本品(相当于0.08～0.09g氨基酸/双肽)/Kg体重/小时，即70Kg体重患者输注本品500 ml需10～12小时，输注本品1000ml需20～24小时。肝、肾疾病患者应调整剂量。给药方法及用药时间：静脉输注。因本品渗透压高于800mosm/L，建议通过中心静脉输注本品。本品的用药时间可根据患临床需要，但本品无连续使用2周以上的临床记录。
不良反应
正确使用时，尚未发现不良反应。当本品输注过快时将出现：恶心、呕吐、面部潮红、多汗，当出现上述情况时应调整滴速或停药。
禁忌
天生氨基酸代谢缺陷患者（如：苯丙酮尿患者），肝、肾功能不全患者禁用。 休克、代谢性酸中毒、细胞内氧供应不足、水肿、低钠血症、低钾血症、高乳酸血症、渗透压过高、肺水肿、代偿失调、心力衰竭和对肠外营养过敏等不能进行肠外营养的患者禁用。
注意事项
1、本品使用过程中应监测患者的碱性磷酸酶（ALP）、丙氨酸转氨酶（ALT）、门冬氨酸转氨酶（AST）和酸碱平衡。
2、对于代偿性肝功能不全的病人，建议定期监测肝功能。
3、本品只能与其他可与之配伍的溶液混合使用。
4、氨基酸溶液不能作为溶剂加入其他药物使用。
5、注射后剩余药液不能贮存再用

密闭，阴凉处保存。
