适应症
本品有清热解毒及抗病毒作用，主要用于病毒性肺炎和病毒性上呼吸道感染。
用法用量
临用前，加灭菌注射用水适量使溶解。|1.肌内注射：一次40～80mg ，一日1～2次。|2.静脉滴注：用5%葡萄糖注射液或5%葡萄糖氯化钠注射液稀释后滴注， 一日0.16～0.4g ，一日1～2次。|3.小儿酌减或遵医嘱。
不良反应
偶见皮疹等过敏反应。炎琥宁与穿琥宁在体内活性代谢物为同一物质，文献报道穿琥宁上市后观察到的不良反应有：|1.过敏反应。可表现为皮疹、瘙痒、斑丘疹，严重甚至呼吸困难、水肿、过敏性休克，多在首次用药出现。|2.消化道反应。恶心、呕吐、腹泻，也有肝功能损害报道。|3.血液系统反应。可见白细胞减少、血小板减少、紫癜等;4.致热原样反应。寒战、高热，甚至头晕、胸闷、心悸、心动过速、血压下降等。
禁忌
1.对本品过敏者禁用。|2.孕妇禁用。
注意事项
1.在使用过程中如有发热、气短现象，应立即停止用药。一旦出现过敏性休克表现，立即采取相应的急救措施。|2.本品需输注前新鲜配制，药物性状发生改变时禁用。
贮藏
遮光，密封保存。
