适应症
本品适用于治疗敏感细菌引起的下列感染： 1.上呼吸道感染：鼻窦炎、中耳炎、扁桃体炎等。 2.下呼吸道感染：支气管炎、肺炎等。 3.泌尿道感染及肾盂肾炎。 4.皮肤、软组织感染。 5.淋病。
用法用量
口服给药: 1.成人(包括老年人)及体重大于或等于30公斤的儿童常用量每次375～750mg，每天服用二次。无论成人或儿童，疗程一般为5～14天，必要时可延长，任何由溶血性链球菌所引起的感染，疗程最少10天、以防止急性风湿热或肾小球肾炎之发生。 2.治疗淋病时，可用本品单剂2.2g口服，加服1g丙磺舒，以延长氨苄西林及舒巴坦血清浓度，疑有梅毒螺旋体合并感染时，在本品使用前应接受暗视野检查，并最少在四个月内，每月接受血清试验一次。
不良反应
一般为轻度至中度反应，继续用药时，自然消失，预期偶然发生与服用氨苄西林有关的不良反应。偶见：
1.消化道反应，如腹泻、稀便、恶心、腹痛、痉挛、上腹痛及呕吐。
2.皮疹、搔痒。
3.其它：如瞌睡、镇静、疲劳、不适及头痛等。
禁忌
对青霉素类药物过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1.首次使用青霉素类药物的患者，应首先进行青霉素皮试，对于阳性反应者禁用本品。
2.应用本品前，应首先确定患者是否对青霉素过敏，过敏者禁用。
3.对头孢菌素类药物过敏者慎用。
4.用药期间若有过敏反应产生，则应停药，并采取相应措施。
5. 本品长期应用时，应定期检查肝、肾、造血系统功能。
贮藏
密封，在阴凉干燥处保存。
