适应症
本品用于轻、中度原发性高血压的治疗。
用法用量
1.口服。起始剂量2.5mg（半片），一日2次，或遵医嘱。 2.常用维持剂量每日为5mg或10mg（1片或2片），必要时剂量可进一步增加，或加用其它降压药。
不良反应
1.本品和其他钙拮抗药相同，在某些病人身上会导致面色潮红、头痛、头晕、心悸和疲劳，这些反应大部分具有剂量依赖性，而且是在剂量增加后开始的短时间内出现，是暂时的，应用时间延长后消失。
2.本品与其他二氢吡啶类药物相同，可引起与剂量有关的踝肿、牙龈或牙周炎患者用药后可能会引起轻微的牙龈肿大。
3.另也可见皮疹、瘙痒。
4.在极少数病人中可能会引起显著的低血压伴心动过速，这在易感个体可能会引起心肌缺氧。
禁忌
对本品过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1.本品在极少数病人中可能会引起显著的低血压伴心动过速，这在易感个体可能会引起心肌缺氧。
2.药物过量可引起外周血管过度扩张，伴有显著的低血压，有时还可能出现心动过缓。如出现严重低血压应给予对症处理，如病人平卧，抬高下肢。如伴有心动过缓时，应静脉滴注阿托品0.5～1.0mg，如效果不明显，应输注葡萄糖、盐水和右旋糖。
3.酐扩充血流量。如上述措施仍不见效时，可给予以α1－肾上腺素受体作用为主的拟交感胺类药。
贮藏
遮光，密封保存。
