适应症
本品主要用于皮肤浅表真菌感染，如手癣、足癣（脚气）?体癣、股癣等。
用法用量
清洗后，取适量均匀涂擦患处。一日2次。疗程：一般体股癣为2周，手足癣以4周为宜。
不良反应
1. 常见红斑、灼热、瘙痒、刺痛或其他刺激症状，毛囊炎，皮肤萎缩变薄，毛细血管扩张等。
2. 可见皮肤干燥、多毛、萎缩纹、对感染的易感性增加等。
3. 长期用药可能引起皮质功能亢进症，表现为多毛、痤疮、满月脸、骨质疏松等症状。
4. 偶可引起变态反应性接触性皮炎。
禁忌
对本品组成成份、其他吡咯类、氨基糖苷类及皮质激素类药物过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1. 避免接触眼睛。
2. 股癣患者，勿穿紧贴内裤或化纤内裤，宜穿棉织宽松内裤。
3. 足癣患者，浴后将皮肤擦干(特别趾间皮肤)。宜穿棉纱袜，每天更换。鞋应透气。
4. 为减少感染复发，对念珠菌病、体癣、股癣和花斑癣，治疗至少需2～4周，脂溢性皮炎至少需4周或至临床治愈。
5. 本品含有强效丙酸氯倍他索，若长期、大面积应用或采用封包治疗，由于全身性吸收作用，可造成可逆性下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺(PHA)轴的抑制，部分患者可出现柯兴综合征、高血糖及尿糖等表现，因此本品不能长期、大面积应用，亦不宜采用封包治疗。
6. 本品应用于面部、腋部及腹股沟等皮肤折皱部位时，应在医师指导下使用。
7. 如伴有皮肤感染，必须同时使用抗感染药物。如同时使用后，感染的症状没有及时改善，应停用本品直至感染得到控制。
8. 丙酸氯倍他索导致的全身不良反应约为氟轻松的3倍，无水钠潴留作用，有一定的促进钠、钾排泄的作用。
9. 用药局部有溃疡、破损时，硫酸新霉素的吸收量可增加，应密切注意可能出现的氨基糖苷类药物的不良反应。
贮藏
密闭，在凉暗处保存。
