适应症
1.适用于各型疟疾，但主要用于抗氯喹恶性疟治疗和凶险型恶性疟的急救。 2.与伯氨喹合用可降低复燃率。
用法用量
口服，成人第一天首剂及首剂后8小时各服2粒，自第二天起，每日一次，每次2粒，连用7天。 1.5～10周岁者为成人剂量的1/3～1/2, 2.10～15周岁者为成人剂量的2/3～3/4,给药时间及疗程同成人。或遵医嘱。
不良反应
本品反应轻微，个别患者有门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、丙氨酸氨基转移酶轻度升高，网织红细胞可能有一过性减少。
禁忌
尚不明确。
注意事项
本品遇冷如有凝固现象，可微温溶解后使用。
贮藏
遮光、密封，在阴凉干燥处保存。
