适应症
本品用于季节性和常年性过敏性鼻炎、过敏性结膜炎,荨麻疹和其他过敏反应症状。
用法用量
口服。成人（包括老年人）和12岁以上儿童：每日1次，每次1片（10mg）。或遵医嘱服用。本品为缓释薄膜衣片，不能掰开服用。
不良反应
本品无中枢镇静作用和抗胆碱作用。偶见嗜睡、乏力、头痛、口干、腹泻和消化不良等症状。个别病例出现低血压、紧张、抑郁、中性粒细胞计数减少和肝脏转氨酶升高。曾有与食欲增加有关的体重增加的报道。
禁忌
1. 对咪唑斯汀过敏。
2. 同时使用大环内酯类抗生素或全身用咪唑类抗真菌药(可升高咪唑斯汀血药浓度)。
3. 肝功能障碍。
4. 有临床意义的心脏疾病或既往症状性心律失常病史或心动过缓。
5. 有或可疑QT间期延长,或电解质紊乱尤其是低钾血症病例。
6. 同时使用已知的延长QT间期药物,如Ⅰ类和Ⅲ类抗心律失常药物。
注意事项
1. 不得嚼碎服用。
2. 大部分病例服用咪唑斯汀后可驾驶或完成需集中注意力的工作,但为识别对药物有异常反应的敏感者,建议驾驶或完成复杂工作前,先行了解个体反应性。
