适应症
本品用于胃溃疡和十二指肠溃疡。
用法用量
成人口服，一次10mg(1片)，一日2次。餐后或睡前服用。
不良反应
据日本报道在1287例研究中，不良反应总发生率2.5%（32例）。主要不良反应为便秘（2例），22例出现实验室检查值异常。
（一）可能出现的严重不良反应
1.肝功能损害：可能出现伴AST（GOT）、ALT（GPT）、r-GTP等升高的肝功能损害和黄疸症状。所以需密切观察，一旦出现上述异常情况应立即停药，给予相对应的处理。
2.粒细胞减少症、血小板减少：有可能出现粒细胞减少（早期症状：咽喉疼痛、全身倦怠、发热等）和血小板减少。一旦出现上述异常情况应立即停药，给予相应的处理。
（二）可能出现的与其它H2受体阻滞药类似的严重不良反应：
文献报道，H2受体阻滞药可能引起休克、过敏样症状、全血细胞减少、再生障碍性贫血、血小板减少、间质性肾炎、Stevens-Johnson综合征、中毒性表皮坏死症（Lyell综合征）、横纹肌溶解症、房室传导阻滞和不全收缩等。
（三）其它的不良反应：
可能出现下列不良反应。一旦出现下述异常应给予相应地减量、停药等适当处理。

注意事项
下列患者慎用
1.有药物过敏史的患者慎用；
2.老年患者、肝和肾功能损害患者（有加重症状的可能性）慎用；
3.透析患者慎用；
4.治疗前应证实胃溃疡为良性，用药后改善的胃溃疡症状并不排除胃癌的可能性。

遮光，密封保存。
