适应症
本品适用于成人便秘的症状治疗。
用法用量
口服，将袋内散剂溶于一大杯水中服用。每天1～2袋。
不良反应
本品用量过大时,可能出现腹泻,或引起轻度不适,停药后24～48小时后可缓解,但可以减少剂量继续治疗。服药期间还可能出现腹部疼痛(胃痛)的症状。
禁忌
1、有某些小肠或结肠疾患者如肠梗阻、肠穿孔、胃潴留、消化道出血、中毒性肠炎、中毒性巨结肠或肠扭转病人禁用。
2、腹痛(胃痛)患者禁用。
注意事项
1、由于本品活性成份是聚乙二醇，罕有 过敏性反应（皮疹、荨麻疹、水肿），特例报导有过敏性休克。因而，对聚乙二醇敏感的患 者不宜使用。
2.本品既不含糖也不含多元醇,可用于糖尿病或需要无乳糖饮食的患者。
3.除非医生建议,否则不要长期使用本品。
4、偶尔便秘可能与近期生活规律改变(如 旅游）有关，本品可用作此症状的短期治疗。 但任何近期出现的非生活方式改变引起的便秘， 以及任何伴有疼痛.发热和胃胀的便秘需遵医 嘱。
5.服用本品的过程中，可增加植物性食 物{新鲜蔬菜、面食、水果），多饮水和果汁，加强身体锻炼（如步行等体育活动），加强排 便反射训练.有时可在食物中添加麸质。
贮藏
密封,在干燥处保存。
