适应症
本品可用于需减少流血或止血的各种医疗情况，如：外科、内科、妇产科、眼科、耳鼻喉科、口腔科等；临床科室的出血及出血性疾病：也可用来预防出血，如手术前用药，可避免或减少手术部位及手术后出血。
用法用量
静注、肌肉或皮下注射，也可局部用药。一般出血：成人1-2单位：儿童0.3-0.5单位。紧急出血：立即静注0.25-0.5单位，同时肌肉注射1单位。各类外科手术：术前一天晚肌注1单位，术前1小时肌注1单位，术前15分钟静注1单位，术后3天，每天肌注1单位。咯血：每12小时皮下注射1单位，必要时，开始时再加静注1单位，最好是加入10ml的0.9%NaCl液中，混合注射。异常出血：剂量加倍，间隔6小时肌注1单位，至出血完全停止。
不良反应
不良反应发生率极低，偶见过敏样反应。如出现此类情况，可按一般抗过敏处理方法，给予抗组胺药或/和糖皮质激素及对症治疗。
禁忌
1．虽无关于血栓的报道，为安全计，有血栓病史者禁用。|||2.对本品或同类药品过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1．本品如有外观异常或瓶子破裂、过期失效等情况禁止使用。2．播散性血管内凝血(DIC)及血液病所致的出血不宜使用本品。3．血中缺乏血小板或某些凝血因子(如凝血酶原)时，本品没有代偿作用，宜在补充血小板或缺乏的凝血因子或输注新鲜血液的基础上应用本品。4．在原发性纤溶系统亢进(如：内分泌腺、癌症手术等)情况下，宜与抗纤溶酶的药物联合应用。5．应注意防止用药过量，否则其止血作用会降低。6．使用期间还应注意观察病人的出、凝血时间。7．大、中动脉，大静脉受损出血，必须及时用外科手术处理，配合应用蛇毒血凝酶注射液可控制创面渗血，使手术视野清晰，提高手术效率，从而减少失血和输血量。

密闭，在冷处、(2-10℃)保存。
