适应症
用于1.预防和治疗蛛网膜下腔出血所引起的脑血管痉挛。2.缺血性脑血管病（脑血栓形成，脑栓塞，短暂脑缺血发作）
用法用量
初始剂量：2.5mg／6.25mg，每日一次，一次一片。如治疗效果不佳，可增加剂量至5mg／6．25rag，每日一次，一次一片。本品应在早晨服用，可与食物同服。本薄膜衣片应与少量液体同时吞服，不能咀嚼。轻中度肝衰或轻中度肾衰(肌酐清除率>30m1／min)的患者无需改变剂量。
不良反应
消化系统：恶心，胃肠道不适，胃肠道出血，少数病例出现肠梗阻（肠麻痹导致的肠运送障碍），肝炎。神经系统：头晕，头痛，嗜睡。心血管系统：血压明显下降（尤其对于基础血压增高的患者），潮红，出汗，热感；心率减慢（心动过缓）或较罕见的心率加快（心动过速），期外收缩。血液系统：极个别患者出现血小板减少症。局部反应：静脉炎（未经稀释的尼莫地平输液采用外周血管输注时）其他：可有转氨酶，碱性磷酸酶及γ-GT升高，血清尿素氮和/或肌酐升高。
禁忌
对本品中任何成份过敏者禁用。脑水肿和颅内压增高者禁用。
注意事项
1．低血压患者（收缩压低于100mmHg）须慎用。2．肝功能受损者应慎用。3．本品可引起血压的降低。在高血压合并蛛网膜下腔出血或脑卒中患者中，应注意减少或暂停降压药物，或减少本品的用药剂量。4.可产生假性肠梗阻，表现为腹胀，肠鸣音减弱。当出现上述症状时应当减少用药剂量并保持观察。5．避免与β受体阻滞剂或其他钙离子拮抗剂合用。6．从小包装取出后及时用时，应避免日光直射。7．由于尼莫地平的活性成分可被聚氯乙烯（PVC）吸收，所以输注尼莫地平时仅允许使用聚乙烯（PE）输液管。8．请放在儿童接触不到的地方。9．使用本品期间，如出现任何不良事件和/或不良反应，请咨询医生。10．同时使用其他药品，请告知医生。
贮藏
遮光，密封保存。
