适应症
本品用于头颈部恶性肿瘤。
用法用量
1.单药治疗:博安霉素5~6mg/m2+生理盐水2~4ml,肌注或静注每周3次,连用四周.|2.联合化疗:博安霉素可与其它化疗药物联合应用,剂量应减少,博安霉素5~6mg/m2+生理盐水2~4ml,肌注或静注,每周2次,连用2周,休息1~2周,为一周期.
不良反应
1.本品可引起发热、寒战、肌肉疼痛、消化道反应,皮肤色素沉着。|2.个别病人有过敏反应。.|3.肺毒性较同类药物轻,不排除长期用药导致肺纤维化的可能。
禁忌
1.对博莱霉素类抗生素有过敏史的患者禁用。|2.对有肺、肝、肾功能障碍的患者慎用。|3.肺放射治疗患者慎用。
注意事项
1.给药后如患者出现发热现象，可给予退热药.对出现高热的病人，在以后的治疗中应减少剂量，缩短给药时间，并在给药前后给予解热药或抗过敏剂.|2.病人出现皮疹等过敏症状时应停止给药，停药后症状可自然消失.|3.病人如出现咳嗽、咳痰、呼吸困难等肺炎样症状，同时胸部X-光片出现异常，应停止给药，并给予甾体激素和适当的抗生素.|4.偶尔出现休克样症状（血压低下、发冷、发热、喘鸣、意识模糊等）应立即停止给药，对症处理.|5.需按医师处方，指示用药.

遮光，密闭，在干燥处保存。
