适应症
本品适用于下列急性疼痛的短期治疗：|1.创伤后的疼痛与炎症，如扭伤、肌肉拉伤等。|2.术后的疼痛与炎症，如牙科或矫形手术后等。|3.妇科的疼痛与炎症，如原发性痛经或附件炎等。|4.脊柱综合征引起的疼痛。|5.非关节性风湿病。|6.耳鼻喉严重的感染性疼痛和炎症（如扁桃体炎、耳炎、鼻窦炎等），应同时使用抗感染药物。
用法用量
每次1包。
不良反应
1.偶见上腹部疼痛以及恶心、呕吐、腹泻、腹部痉孪、消化不良、腹部胀气、厌食。|2.罕见胃肠道出血、呕血、黑便、胃肠道溃疡、穿孔、出血性腹泻。|3.偶见头痛、头晕、眩晕。|4.罕见困睡。|5.偶见皮疹。|6.罕见荨麻疹。|7.偶见血清转氨酶（SGOT，SGPT）升高。|8.罕见肝炎。|9.罕见过敏反应，如哮喘等。|10.罕见水肿。
禁忌
1.消化道溃疡者禁用。|2.对本品以及其他非甾体抗炎药过敏者禁用。|3.乙酰水杨酸或其它前列腺素合成酶抑制剂引起哮喘、荨麻疹或急性鼻炎的患者禁用。
注意事项
1.有胃肠道疾病、胃肠道溃疡史以及肝功能损害者慎用。|2.有心、肾功能损害的症状或病史者，老年患者，服用利尿剂以及由于任何原因细胞外液丢失的患者慎用。|3.个别需要长期治疗的患者，应定期检查肝功能和血象，发生肝功损害时应停用本品。|4.有眩晕史或其它中枢神经疾病史的患者在服用本品期间，应禁止驾车或操纵机器。|5.应注意本品与锂制剂、地高辛制剂、保钾利尿剂、抗凝血剂、降糖药和氨甲喋呤等配合使用的剂量及不良反应。|6.老年体弱及体重较低者的患者应降低本品用量。|7.孕妇慎用。

密封，置阴凉处。
