适应症
本品适用于需要补充谷氨酰胺患者的肠外营养，包括处于分解代谢和高代谢状况的患者。
用法用量
1.剂量根据分解代谢的程度和氨基酸的需要量而定。胃肠外营养每天供给氨基酸的最大剂量为2g/kg体重。通过本品供给的丙氨酸和谷氨酰胺量应计算在内。通过本品供给的氨基酸量不应超过全部氨基酸供给量的20%。 (1)每日剂量： 0.3－0.4g N(2)-L-丙氨酰-L-谷氨酰胺/kg体重 (例如：70kg体重病人每日需20－28g本品)。 (2)每日最大剂量： 0.4g/k g体重。 2.加入载体溶液时，用量的调整： (1)当氨基酸需要量为1.5g/kg体重/天时，其中1.2g氨基酸由载体溶液提供，0.3g氨基酸由注射用N(2)-L-丙氨酰-L-谷氨酰胺提供。 (2)当氨基酸需要量为2g/kg体重/天时，采用1.6g氨基酸由载体溶液提供，0.4g氨基酸由注射用N(2)-L-丙氨酰-L-谷氨酰胺提供。 (3)输注速度依载体溶液而定，但不应超过0.1g氨基酸/kg体重/小时。 3.本品连续使用时间不应超过三周。
不良反应
正确使用时,尚未发现不良反应。当本品输注速度过快时,将出现寒颤、恶心、呕吐,出现这种情况应立即停药。
禁忌
严重肾功能不全(肌酐清除率<25ml/分钟)或严重肝功能不全的患者禁用。
注意事项
1.本品使用过程应监测患者的碱性磷酸酶(ALP)?丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)?天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)和酸碱平衡。
2.对于代偿性肝功能不全的病人，建议定期监测肝功能。
3.将本品加入载体溶液时，必须保证它们具有可配伍性、保证混合过程是在洁净的环境中进行，还应保证溶液完全混匀。
4.不要将其它药物加入混匀后的溶液中。
5.本品中加入其他成份后，不能再贮藏。
贮藏
密闭，在阴凉处（不超过20℃）保存。
