适应症
用于急性轻型（水肿型）胰腺炎的治疗，也可用于急性出血坏死型胰腺炎的辅助治疗。
用法用量
本药仅供静脉点滴使用，每次100mg，治疗开始3天每日用量300mg，症状减轻后改为100mg/日，疗程6～10天，先以5ml注射用水注入盛有加贝酯冻干粉针瓶内，待溶解后即移注于5%葡萄糖或林格氏液500ml中，供静脉点滴用。点滴速度不宜过快，应控制1mg/kg/h以内，不宜超过2.5mg/kg/h。
不良反应
少数病例滴注本药后可能出现注射血管局部疼痛，皮肤发红等刺激症状及轻度浅表静脉炎，偶有皮疹、颜面潮红及过敏症状，极个别病例可能发生胸闷、呼吸困难和血压下降等过敏性休克现象。
禁忌
对多种药物有过敏史及妊娠妇女和儿童不用。
注意事项
1.本品使用过程中，应注意观察，谨防过敏，一旦发现应及时停药或抢救。|2.勿将药液注入血管外。|3.多次使用应更换注射部位。|4.药液应新鲜配制、随配随用。
