适应症
适用于对洋地黄、利尿剂、血管扩张剂治疗无效或效果欠佳的各种原因引起的急、慢性顽固性充血性心力衰竭。
用法用量
氨力农静脉注射粉针每支加注射用氨力农溶剂1支温热，振摇，完全溶解后，再用适量的生理盐水稀释后使用。负荷量：0.5～1.0mg／kg，5～10分钟缓慢静脉注射，继续以5～10μg／kg・min静脉滴注，单次剂量最大不超过2.5mg／kg。每日最大量＜10mg／kg。疗程不超过2周。应用期间不增加洋地黄的毒性，不增加心肌耗氧量，未见对缺血性心脏病增加心肌缺血的征象，故不必停用洋地黄、利尿剂及血管扩张剂。
不良反应
可有胃肠反应、血小板减少(用药后2～4周)、室性心律失常、低血压及肝肾功能损害。偶可见过敏反应，出现发热、皮疹、偶有胸痛、呕血、肌痛、精神症状、静脉炎及注射局部刺激。长期口服副作用大，甚至导致死亡率增加，口服制剂已不再应用。
禁忌
严重低血压。

遮光，密闭保存。
