适应症
1.外周血管疾病:间歇性跛行、雷诺综合征?Burger综合征、血管性痉挛。 2.慢性脑血管供血不足引起的症状:眩晕、耳鸣、智力减退、记忆力或注意力消退、定向障碍等。
用法用量
每日1次，每次0.1～0.2g稀释于250～500ml葡萄糖溶液或生理盐水，静脉缓慢滴注，或遵医嘱。
不良反应
1.胃肠不适(胃灼热感、胃痛、恶心)?头痛、头晕、嗜睡、失眠、四肢灼热刺痛感、皮肤潮红或瘙痒。罕有心悸、房颤、血清肌酐水平升高，尿量增加，月经量改变、高血压、鼻出血和银屑病的报道。
2.过量使用或肾功能不全者使用会导致严重的神经和心血管不良反应。
3.神经系统不良反应为：痉挛、癫痫发作、肌阵挛等。
4.心血管不良反应为：心动过速、低血压。心律不齐、血液循环停止。
禁忌
1.对本品中任何成份过敏者禁用。
2.急性心肌梗塞、心绞痛、甲亢、阵发性心动过速者禁用。
3.脑出血及有出血倾向或近期内大量失血患者禁用;分娩后的产妇和严重动脉出血的病人禁用。
4.严重肾功能不全者（肌酐清除率＜30ml/min）。
注意事项
1.丁咯地尔使用有一定的危险性，不能超过最大用量使用。
2.肝肾功能不全者慎用，必须使用本品时应减少剂量或遵医嘱。
3.由于本品通过肾脏排泄，因此使用前必须坚持肌酐清除率，使用中进行定期检查：(1) 肝肾功能正常者至少每年检查1次。(2) 肌酐清除率低于正常的患者?
4.岁以上和体重不足50Kg患者至少每年2次。
5.正在服用降压药者慎用本品。.. 本品可引起头晕、嗜睡等症状，驾驶车辆及操作机械者不宜服用本品。
6.不要与丁咯地尔口服制剂同时使用。
贮藏
密闭保存。
