适应症
用于敏感菌所引起呼吸系统、肝胆系统、五官、尿路感染及心内膜炎、败血症。
用法用量
肌肉注射：一次0.5g～1.Og．一日4次；小儿按体重一日50～100mg/kg，分3～4次给药。静脉注射：一次2g，一日2～4次；小儿按体重一日50～100mg/kg，分2～4次给药。临用前加灭菌注射用水或氯化钠注射液适量溶解。
不良反应
主要不良反应荨麻疹、哮喘、皮肤瘙痒、寒战高热、血管神经性水肿等。偶见治疗后血尿素氮、谷丙转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶升高。少数患者用药后可能出现中性粒细胞减少，念珠菌、葡萄球菌等二重感染。
禁忌
对头孢菌素类抗生素过敏者禁用。有青霉素过敏性休克史者。
注意事项
1.交叉过敏反应：应用本品前须详细询问头孢菌素类及青霉素类的药物过敏史，对一种头孢菌素或头霉素(cephamycin)过敏者对其他头孢菌素或头霉素也可能过敏。对青霉素类、青霉素衍生物或青霉胺过敏者也可能对头孢菌素或头霉素过敏。对青霉素过敏病人应用头孢菌素时发生过敏反应者达5%-7%；如做免疫反应测定时，则对青霉素过敏病人对头孢菌素过敏者达20%。
2.对青霉素过敏病人应用本品时应根据病人情况充分权衡利弊后决定。有青霉素过敏性休克或即刻反应者，不宜再选用头孢菌素类。
3.有胃肠道疾病史者，特别是溃疡性结肠炎、局限性肠炎或抗生素相关性结肠炎（头孢菌素类很少产生伪膜性结肠炎）者应慎用。
4.肾功能减退病人应用本品须适当减量。
5.对诊断的干扰：应用本品的病人抗球蛋白(Coombs)试验可出现阳性；孕妇产前应用本品，此阳性反应也可出现于新生儿。
贮藏
密闭，在冷暗(2-10℃)干燥处保存。
