适应症
本品用于脑卒中后遗症、脑动脉硬化症、头部外伤后遗症以及一氧化碳中毒所致昏迷的辅助治疗，亦可用于各型肝昏迷。
用法用量
静脉滴注: 1.用于脑卒中后遗症等:一次0.5～1.0g（1/2～1支），加于250～500ml生理盐水中，缓慢静脉滴注。 2.用于肝昏迷的治疗:一次1～4g（1～4支），以5%～10%葡萄糖注射液250～500ml稀释后于2～3小时内滴完。
不良反应
1.用药后偶见灼热感、恶心、头晕、失眠、便秘、腹泻。
2.大剂量时可出现肌无力、运动失调、血压降低及呼吸抑制。
禁忌
对本品过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1.静脉滴注必须充分稀释后缓慢进行，以免引起血压急剧下降而导致休克。
2.静脉滴注过程中如出现胸闷、气急、头昏、恶心等症状，应立即停药。
3.当药品性状发生改变时禁止使用。
贮藏
遮光，密闭保存。
