适应症
本品预防和治疗常年性及季节性的过敏性鼻炎和血管舒缩性鼻炎。
用法用量
鼻腔喷入：左手喷右侧鼻孔，右手喷左侧鼻孔，避免直接喷向鼻中隔。 成人一次每鼻孔2揿，一日2次;也可一次每鼻孔1揿(50微克)，一日3～4次。一日总量不可超过8揿(400微克)。
不良反应
1.少数患者可出现鼻、咽部干燥或烧灼感、打喷嚏、味觉及嗅觉改变以及鼻出血等。
2.偶见过敏反应如皮疹、荨麻疹、瘙痒、皮肤红斑、眼、面、唇以及咽喉部水肿。
3.罕见眼压升高、鼻中隔穿孔。
禁忌
对丙酸倍氯米松过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1.鼻腔和鼻旁窦伴有细菌感染时、应给予适当的抗菌治疗。
2.对于采用口服类固醇治疗的患者、如肾上腺功能已有损害时、若改用本剂、要注意脑下垂体-肾上腺系统的完全复原。
3.对于过量使用本品的患者、对本品高敏性患者及近期口服类固醇的患者、可能会产生全身性反应。
4.虽然本剂可控制季节性鼻炎的大多数症状、但当受到夏季异常的变应原诱发时、用本剂的同时应采用其他治疗、尤其是对眼部症状。

将容器置于外盒内，在30℃以下保存，不得冷藏
